With 35 years’ background as a Chief Quality Officer, Technology Risk Regulatory Officer, and Head of People Programs, she has earned 23 international awards for her work in IT innovation, organizational transformation, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement. As a Technology Executive, Allyson has been instrumental in building small to large-scale Technology functions from ground-up in the financial, medical, and high-tech industries where she often helped firms achieve more than 95M in annualized saves.
